Second Floor Private Dining Room • UMBRIA PRIME offers private dining for up to 85 on the second floor, which provides a sophisticated setting reminiscent of an Umbrian villa.
Rustic brick walls, hardwood floors, Italian marble, and oversized windows set a festive mood for luncheons or dinners. The second floor is complete with its own bar, providing space for cocktail receptions before dinner.
Third Floor Ultra Lounge • With its low lighting and sea of soft Italian leather sofas, UMBRIA PRIME'S third-floor provides a hip backdrop for cocktail receptions of up to 130. After recent renovations, the third floor
has become popular for seated dinners for up to 80 people, providing a unique, contemporary alternative. We offer guests the luxury of having a seated dinners and provide a lounge area with a full bar for a cocktail reception with a variety of passed hors d’oeuvres all on the same floor. A sophisticated sound system, including a DJ booth, makes UMBRIA PRIME'S Ultra lounge ideal for a variety of special events.
Fourth & Fifth Floor Nightclub • The stairway-connected fourth and fifth floors hold up to 275 people for an evening of cocktails and dancing in UMBRIA PRIME'S state-of-the-art nightclub. Seated dinners of up to 75 people are also an option on the fourth floor and smaller cocktail receptions are well-suited to the fifth floor.
Cuisine • Our Chef, GIANNI CARUSO, offers a wide variety of wild meats, selected fish, and homemade pastas. The cooking techniques will be mostly brick oven-roasted, grilled and slow braised in order to preserve the integrity of the flavors.
For a finale, we offer an assortment of exquisite homemade desserts.
